Кубики, любимый пупс, видавший виды плюшевый медведь — все игрушки нужно мыть или чистить, хотя бы периодически. Потому что со временем они становятся не только грязными и пыльными, но и потенциально опасными для ребёнка.
Иногда игрушки достаточно ополоснуть под струёй воды, но надо понимать, что в этом случае уйдет только видимая грязь.
Гораздо эффективнее очищать игрушки с помощью моющих средств, которые дезинфицируют и устраняют бактерии. Необязательно покупать что-то специальное: где-то в глубине шкафа у вас наверняка притаилась пачка обыкновенной пищевой соды. Вот она-то нам и поможет.

Все игрушки, которые не боятся воды, на полчаса замачиваем в содовом растворе или протираем влажной губкой с содой. Для более нежных экземпляров есть другой рецепт: кладём игрушки в плотный пакет и засыпаем туда два столовые ложки той же соды. Трясём, пока не устанем, а затем вынимаем игрушки.
Одежда
Дети прекрасно умеют «производить» трудновыводимые пятна. Стирать малышовую одежду «химией» не хочется, а детские порошки не всегда справляются.
Испачканную ягодами, компотом или соком одежду можно просто залить кипятком (только сразу же) — пятна исчезнут буквально на глазах.

С остальными типами загрязнений поможет справиться всё тот же классический гидрокарбонат натрия — добавьте пару столовых ложек соды к стиральному порошку. Сода не только усилит действие порошка, но и смягчит одежду. Ещё вариант — предварительно замочить одежду в содовом растворе, а через полчаса закинуть её в стиральную машинку.
Полы
Каждая мама знает, как важно, чтобы ребёнок ползал по чистому полу. Малышу не объяснишь, что слюнявить ламинат — так себе идея, он всё равно будет это делать. Попробуйте мыть полы раствором соды — это экологично и эффективно.

Кстати, сода также отлично справляется с пятнами на коврах. Насыпьте немного соды на пятно, полейте сверху уксусом и ждите. Пятно попенится-попенится — и исчезнет. Высохшую смесь соберите пылесосом, а остатки — влажной губкой.
Детская посуда
Детскую посуду лучше мыть специальными детскими же средствами, потому что они менее токсичны, чем «взрослые», и лучше смываются. Но если говорить про младенчика или про особо тревожную маму, то можно совсем не рисковать: та же сода отлично отмывает даже жирные тарелки и налёт на чашках.

Соски, бутылочки и грызунки
Соски, бутылочки, силиконовые слюнявчики, грызунки и прочие вещи первой малышовой необходимости отлично дезинфицируются с помощью содового раствора. На литр тёплой воды берём две столовые ложки соды. В получившуюся смесь погружаем вещи и оставляем на ночь, а утром просто ополаскиваем их водой.

Содовый раствор (2 столовые ложки соды на литр тёплой воды) не только продезинфицирует поверхность, но и устранит навязчивые «ароматы».
Детская кроватка и другая мебель
Детская кроватка часто переходит «по наследству», иногда она почти новая, иногда уже видавшая виды, но в любом случае прежде чем положить в неё ляльку, стоит продезинфицировать матрас. Да и вообще всю мягкую детскую мебель — не только отданную, но и свою собственную — лучше периодически чистить. И да — нам опять поможет всё та же пищевая сода.

Насыпьте соды в пластиковый контейнер, положите туда небольшие игрушки, крышки от бутылок и ложку. У вас получится зимний вариант кинетического песка, можно назвать это «кинетический снежок». Конечно, не стоит оставлять малыша одного, пусть играет под вашим присмотром.
