Я шел с работы и видел плюшевого медведя – такого классного, белого, пушистого. А Ксения – такая маленькая и тоже такая классная, она так обрадуется. Я покупал медведя. Примерно такой же логике, вероятно, следовали бабушки: и от медведей вновь начинала пухнуть наша квартира.

Наш переезд в Германию не решил проблемы. Из России стали приходить посылки. Кроме того, Ксения все больше социализируется и требует своего: «У Терезы новый велик. А у Рутавы – накладная коса Эльзы. Почему нет у меня?»
Мы спросили, как решают проблему потребительства и переизбытка детских вещей немецкие родители. И поняли, что этот процесс организован разумно и четко.
Шаг 1. Барахолки
Весь Берлин пестрит барахолками. В выходные дни даже очень обеспеченные люди не считают зазорным встать с ящиком своих старых вещей. Барахолка – способ коммуникации. Здесь работают лавки с кофе и глинтвейном, носятся дети.
Младших школьников часто отправляют на барахолку одних. Так происходит в семье наших знакомых, где растут две девочки восьми и десяти лет. Раз в две-три недели девочки вместе с родителями проводят ревизию своих игрушек и книжек. Они отбирают то, во что перестали играть, и складывают это в картонную коробку.
По воскресеньям девочки несут ящик на рынок подержанных вещей и продают все за символическую цену. Куклы, остатки конструкторов и человечки из «Плеймобиля» (аналог Lego) – 1-2 евро за штуку; книжки – 50 центов или 1 евро. У родителей с девочками договор: все, что они заработали, складывается в копилку (часть – тратится на сладости прямо на месте). Копилку открывают накануне важной покупки (новое платье или велосипед), а родители добавляют свои деньги.
«Такой подход учит девочек разумному потреблению и позволяет им участвовать в делах семьи. Они гордятся, что тоже заработали, как взрослые», – говорит их мама.
Шаг 2. Кляйнанцайген или «низкие цены»
По всему Берлину установлены специальные контейнеры. Туда можно положить детскую (и взрослую) одежду, которую позже передадут нуждающимся.
Если одежда новая, и отдавать ее просто так жалко, – в Германии действуют интернет-сайты. В первую очередь, это сервис MamiKreisel – вероятно, самая крупная интернет-барахолка, где продают подержанную детскую одежду, игрушки и мебель для детской комнаты. Второй по популярности сайт – eBay-Kleinanzeigen: барахолка на базе популярного интернет-аукциона с локализацией по городам и районам.

Зара – 30-летняя мама Ксениной подруги Софи. У входной двери в ее квартиру стоит ящик со старыми игрушками. «Все это сегодня заберет человек, которого я нашла через MamiKreisel. Здесь несколько старых книг, хороший игрушечный дом с мебелью, в который Софи уже не играет, и три или четыре куклы. Человек купит все сразу – за 10 евро. Не бог весть какой заработок, но зато в квартире всегда есть место. Игрушки не собираются огромной кучей», – говорит Зара.
Шаг 3. Натуральный обмен
В детском саду висят объявления: одни родители готовы отдать другим – бесплатно или за символическую цену – коляски, самокаты, детскую мебель и много детской одежды. Так, например, велосипед для девочки пяти лет в магазине будет стоить 70-80 евро, но точно такой же можно приобрести вдвое дешевле через родителей в детском саду. Детская кровать в магазине – от 70 евро. Или – бесплатно – в детском саду.
Иной раз немецкие родители вообще не запариваются развешиванием объявлений. Они просто выставляют детские вещи, игрушки и книжки в коробке у подъезда. Кому надо, тот и возьмет.
Шаг 4. Сезонные распродажи
В списке детских вещей, которые многие жители Берлина считают зазорным покупать б/у, – нижнее белье и гаджеты. Про белье – все понятно. Но и здесь многие берлинцы хотят сэкономить: дожидаются сезонных распродаж и покупают колготки и маечки оптом, на вырост.
