Конъюнктивит

Самое распространенное заболевание глаз как у детей, так и у взрослых. Конъюнктивит – это воспаление слизистой оболочки глаза, которая выстилает внутреннюю поверхность век и глазное яблоко вплоть до радужной оболочки. Причины появления могут быть различными: бактерии, вирусы, аллергические заболевания, неспецифические процессы (например, травма).

Бактериальный конъюнктивит чаще всего вызван золотистым стафилококком, пневмококком, гемофильной палочкой и моракселлой катаралис. Вирусный конъюнктивит чаще всего вызван аденовирусом.

Вирусный, аллергический и неспецифический конъюнктивит – это самоограниченные процессы, то есть специфическая терапия уменьшает его симптомы, но не меняет клинического течения заболевания.

Бактериальный конъюнктивит в большинстве случаев также является самоограниченным, но глазные капли с антибиотиками для местного применения могут сократить длительность течения заболевания. Главное, начать их использовать до шестого дня от проявления заболевания.

Если конъюнктивит у ребенка не проходит в течение двух-трех дней, покраснение увеличивается, как и количество выделений из глаз, непременно стоит обратиться к врачу.

Ячмень

Это заболевание обросло множеством мифов и присказок. Ячмень – воспаление волосяного мешка ресницы или сальной железы Цейса. В 95% это бактериальное воспаление, вызванное золотистым стафилококком.

Далеко не всегда с ячменем стоит обращаться к врачу. Чаще всего он проходит сам (либо гнойник вскрывается и прорывается наружу, либо организм справляется с ним).

Использовать мази и капли с антибиотиком при ячмене в большинстве случаев бесполезно. Можно использовать теплые компрессы по 15 минут до четырех раз в день.

Когда нужно обращаться к врачу?

• Если ячмень не проходит в течение 7 дней.
• Стал плотным.
• Слишком большой и мешает ребенку.
• Кожа века покраснела.
• Выраженная болезненность.
• Рецидивирующее течение.

Халязион

Это закупорка протока мейбомиевой железы. В отличие от ячменя халязион имеет хроническое течение. Канал мейбомиевой железы закрывается, и внутри скапливается секрет.

Халязион может сначала выглядеть как припухлость век и покраснение, а затем развиваться в безболезненное, эластичное, узловатое поражение. Иногда ячмень полностью не рассасывается, а превращается в твердый халязион.

Лечение антибиотиком при этом заболевании не показано. Мелкие халязионы обычно рассасываются самостоятельно. Пациенты с большими халязионами или с рецидивирующими должны быть обследованы офтальмологом.

Красные веки

У новорожденного или ребенка грудного возраста они могут быть связаны с гемангиомой или сосудистыми аномалиями в коже век (например, лососевые пятна).

Изменение цвета зрачка

Это явление называется красивым словом лейкокория (зрачок может быть серым, белым). Это всегда угрожающий симптом, с которым безотлагательно нужно обратиться к врачу.

В этот же раздел можно отнести и изменение красного зрачкового рефлекса, который родители замечают при фотографировании детей со вспышкой (когда на фотографии есть эффект красных глаз).

Если при фотографировании ребенка со вспышкой вы видите разного размера красные глаза у ребенка (или один красный, а другой нет), то это повод показать ребенка офтальмологу.

Часто именно этот случайный способ может спасти ребенку жизнь. Ретинобластома – злокачественная опухоль сетчатки глаза у детей, чаще выявляется в первые пять лет жизни ребенка. Пик приходится на два года.

Родинки на радужке

Эти невусы подобны родинкам на коже. Они бывают разного вида и различной степени опасности.

Самые безопасные – простые невусы. Они плоские, но иногда могут немного возвышаться над поверхностью радужки. Имеют размер до 3 мм в диаметре. Обычно бывают единичными. С ними ничего делать не надо. Иногда такие родинки могут вызывать косметические дефекты, которые в свою очередь поддаются корректировке.

Узелки Лиша – очень мелкие доброкачественные опухоли глаз. Как правило, они множественные. Сами по себе они не опасны, но за ними часто скрывается нейрофиброматоз. Это заболевание, при котором часто в организме образуются доброкачественные опухоли, в том числе в головном мозге.

Милиа

Это маленькие белые узелки, которые часто видны на коже верхних век у малышей и детей постарше. Они появляются из-за того, что протоки сальных желез закупориваются. Именно поэтому милиа выглядят как маленькие белые угри.

Обычно их диаметр не превышает 1 мм. Проходят самостоятельно. Различные манипуляции болезненны и могут оставлять следы. Как правило, самого ребенка они не беспокоят.

Гетерохромия

Достаточно редкое состояние, когда ребенок рождается с глазами разного цвета. Например, один глаз голубого цвета, другой – карего.

Существует три типа гетерохромии, в зависимости от того, где и как расположены разные цвета:

1. Полная гетерохромия. Здесь радужные оболочки глаз имеют разные цвета.

2. Частичная гетерохромия (или секторальная гетерохромия). Когда только часть (или сектор) радужной оболочки одного глаза имеет другой цвет, нежели остальная часть радужной оболочки этого глаза. Частичная гетерохромия может возникнуть на одном или обоих глазах.

3. Центральная гетерохромия. При этом типе гетерохромии радужная оболочка имеет один цвет вблизи границы зрачка и другой цвет в остальной части радужной оболочки, с шипами центрального цвета, исходящими от зрачка к середине радужной оболочки.

Обычно врожденная гетерохромия является наследственной чертой. Также она может возникать в результате генетической мутации во время эмбрионального развития. Это безопасно для ребенка. У многих звезд (Мила Кунис, Джош Хендерсон, Элис Ив) есть гетерохромия. Кроме того, некоторые породы собак и кошек также подвержены гетерохромии.
